Last night I was stomping around the local countryside admiring the sunset and enjoying a catch up with my best friend. Came home shattered and too high on the natural world to stare at another damn screen again!
This lunchtime I took a walk along the river, once again enjoying the weather while it lasts (and trying to ignore the frequent whiff of dog muck as I walked along the canal path) people just will not bag it up!
I could moan about Osborne but we all know how bad it us post budget so what’s the point? Then there’s the hunting ban repeal – it appears David Cameron enjoys watching foxes get shorn to shreds..
Writing in the Countryside Alliance magazine, he criticised widespread negative attitudes to the illegal animal killings.
“There is definitely a rural way of life which a born and bred Londoner might struggle to understand,” Cameron wrote in the countryside alliance magazine “I have always been a strong supporter of country sports. It is my firm belief that people should have the freedom to hunt, so I share the frustration that many people feel about the Hunting Act and the way it was brought in by the last government.”
Once again, I ask ……who the Dickens voted these b******* in?
